Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. They will be responsible for managing incoming complaints and/or claims, investigating and mitigating claim losses, and ensuring claim resolution on behalf of the division.

Key Responsibilities

Claims Management (80%)

• Investigate and help mitigate claim losses.

• Ensure claim resolution on behalf of the division.

• Communicate with customers to request information or provide status on claim resolution.

• Work closely with the manager on claims which are of high value or disputed by customers in order to find resolution.

Reporting (5%)

• Document accurate information and data for use in statistical reports prepared for management.

Auditing (15%)

• Support on inventory discrepancy investigations and resolutions.

• Communicate opportunities with the warehouse operations team and follow up on completion of corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.

• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods a plus.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to analyze information.
