Job Title: Cardiovascular ICU Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular ICU Nurse to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. As a Cardiovascular ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) certification.
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Passionate about patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of current RN Cardiovascular ICU experience.
  • Graduate from a fully accredited RN program.
  • Active unencumbered RN California state license.
  • One year of Epic experience.
