Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Cardiovascular ICU team at Community Medical Centers. As a Cardiovascular ICU Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a close-knit team to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze comprehensive data to determine patient diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
- Implement and coordinate patient care plans, providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate care plans and enhance patient safety.
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and research, applying evidence-based knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current State of California Registered Nurse license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire.
- Additional certifications may be required based on department and location.
