Custodial Specialist - Female Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Specialist - Female to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa. As a Custodial Specialist - Female, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Provide daily cleaning services for all areas of the resort, including offices, public spaces, restrooms, and other areas as required.
  • Light and Heavy Cleaning: Perform light cleaning and heavy cleaning tasks, including window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays.
  • Supply Management: Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean all restrooms and restock paper supplies and soap as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Wipe down tables, counters, and mop floors as needed. Clean all glass doorways as required.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow directions and pay attention to detail.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Grooming Standards: Must adhere to all grooming standards, including no visible tattoos or piercings and natural hair colors.
