Position Summary:
As a pivotal member of our expanding SAP service line, which boasts over 100 professionals, you will play a crucial role in our global SAP implementations. We are embarking on a digital transformation journey to leverage the latest S/4 HANA capabilities to refine and elevate our global framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant for critical Order-to-Cash domains including Order Fulfillment, Outbound Logistics, Pricing Strategies, and e-commerce/sales facilitation.
  • Design and implement solutions that align with Sika's business requirements on both regional and global scales.
  • Collaborate with cutting-edge technologies within our S/4 HANA environment, integrating with non-SAP applications and cloud technologies like Salesforce.
  • Oversee application support tasks, addressing incidents and change requests to comply with legal and local business standards.
  • Facilitate the integration of Sales and Distribution (SD) with Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), and Materials Management (MM).
  • Possess expertise in inter/intra company processes.
  • Drive harmonization initiatives, ensuring the integrity of Sika's SAP global template and adapting it to best practices in accordance with governance protocols.
  • Implement SAP solutions following established methodologies, including data migration, training, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Lead and support template rollouts, including design, testing, and implementation, while managing complex projects as part of the global SAP team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring or implementing Order-to-Cash solutions and Logistics Execution.
  • Proven project experience in successful SAP implementations as a project manager, functional lead, or consultant.
  • A proactive and organized individual, capable of driving initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of integrating SAP Order-to-Cash (SD/LE) with other SAP modules such as WM, MM, and FI, with an emphasis on end-to-end processes.
  • Debugging proficiency in ABAP and familiarity with EDI and IDOC interfaces for sales order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in virtual teamwork and comfort in engaging with stakeholders across all levels of hierarchy.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs (approximately 20% travel).
