Job Title: Residential Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Aide to join our team. As a Residential Aide, you will provide support and care to individuals with mental health needs in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support that enhances individuals' quality of life
  • Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization, and behavior management
  • Assist with and teach independent living skills
  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care
  • Accompany participants to community activities
  • Maintain a clean and healthy living environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with mental health populations
  • 2 Supervisor references
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working with at-risk adults
  • Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks
