Residential Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Aide to join our team in Atlantic County. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in providing support and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with mental health needs.

• Provide individualized support to enhance participants' quality of life
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization, and behavior management
• Assist with and teach independent living skills
• Support activities of daily living and personal self-care
• Accompany participants to community activities
• Maintain a clean and healthy living environment

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with mental health populations
• 2 Supervisor references
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Minimum of one year experience working with at-risk adults
• Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks
• Preventing Abuse and Neglect, Medication Training, CPR/FA, TB/Physical
• Experience driving a van, Driver's License Required
