Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of ICC, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and communicating our services in an assigned territory, growing and developing our residential and commercial customer base, and participating in professional associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and communicate SERVPRO services to customers and prospects in an assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow and develop the customer base
  • Participate in professional associations and networking events to build relationships and promote our services
  • Conduct contact calls on a route-based call cycle to build relationships and educate customers on our services
Requirements
  • Typically 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience
  • At least 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including infrequent overnight or weekend stays
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Education
  • Associates degree or an equivalent combination of experience/education
Work Schedule
  • Typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a total of 45 hours per week
  • Willingsness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
Travel Requirements
  • Travel is required and is primarily local
  • Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
