Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices to provide the best possible care
- Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
