Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at All Med Search. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an ICU setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
