We are seeking an experienced Membership Associate to join our team at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting memberships and programs, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants.
  • Assist with membership transactions and respond to members' needs.
  • Maintain good public relations with members and represent the best interests of the YMCA.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of customer service, sales, or related experience (required).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
