Behavior Therapist Job Opportunity

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a qualified Behavior Therapist to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.

Job Type: Full-time, salaried position

Work Environment: Client homes and/or the community

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and conduct behavioral assessment measures
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs
  • Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
  • Train and support behavior therapists

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification
  • Masters degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • One year experience working with children on the spectrum
