Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure corporate sponsorships and individual donations for high-profile events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and corporate sponsors to align their support with our mission.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver successful fundraising events that exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage event logistics, including volunteer management, auction organization, and corporate engagement.
  • Engage with community partners to broaden fundraising outreach and support.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in fundraising, event management, sales, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating corporate partnerships and securing sponsorships.
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing event logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
  • Experience with fundraising software such as Salesforce or Blackbaud is a plus.
What We Offer:

In addition to a competitive base salary of $70,000 (DOE), with a quarterly incentive plan of up to 25% based on achieving specific revenue targets, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, wellness programs, and more.
