Job Title: Team Member

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and anticipating guest needs.
  • Hand-craft beverages to order, adhering to our standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and serve Caribou food offerings, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Float between barista and guest service roles, taking direction from leaders and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Manage cash transactions, following all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment, adhering to cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards.
  • Think critically and proactively, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
