Cart Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cart Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and restocking carts and ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience for members
• Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading items from their vehicles
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
