About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at PCS - Hanson. As a Direct Support Provider, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and assistance to individuals with daily personal cares, medication administration, and community activities.
  • Encourage independence and self-advocacy through support and guidance.
  • Monitor and assist with food preparation, clean-up, and sanitary practices.
  • Administer medications and treatments as trained.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Must be 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure.
  • Must pass DHS background clearance.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
