Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Staff Finders Technical. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely shipments, managing priorities, and coordinating with carriers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily shipping operations, including preparing shipping documents and supervising shipping personnel.
  • Manage priorities and ensure timely shipments, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping schedules, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
