- Execute a range of composite-related repair tasks, adhering to established procedures and industry best practices.
- Effectively manage your workload to complete assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
- Perform vacuum bagging operations with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare comprehensive repair requirements based on approved data and technical specifications.
- Operate a variety of tools safely and efficiently, demonstrating proficiency in their use.
- Adhere to all environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in composite repair and modification.
- Possession of an Airframe License is highly preferred.
- Completion of vocational training or equivalent education in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in customer service or the aviation industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and email applications.
- Solid understanding of maintenance manuals and regulatory requirements within the aviation sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise information exchange.
- Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings accurately.
Essential Job Functions:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Exhibit self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Possess the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve frequent walking, standing, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
