  • Assist in minor structural repairs on composite parts, utilizing approved data and repair techniques.
  • Execute a range of composite-related repair tasks, adhering to established procedures and industry best practices.
  • Effectively manage your workload to complete assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
  • Perform vacuum bagging operations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare comprehensive repair requirements based on approved data and technical specifications.
  • Operate a variety of tools safely and efficiently, demonstrating proficiency in their use.
  • Adhere to all environmental health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in composite repair and modification.
  • Possession of an Airframe License is highly preferred.
  • Completion of vocational training or equivalent education in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the aviation industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and email applications.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance manuals and regulatory requirements within the aviation sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise information exchange.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings accurately.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve frequent walking, standing, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
