Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician A to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing repair and maintenance work on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks.

With a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our drivers and maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of vehicle components and systems, including chassis components, refuse bodies, air and hydraulic braking systems, and engine repair and maintenance.
  • Perform complex repair and maintenance functions, both on-site and on the road, with minimal supervision.
  • Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions using electronic tools and complete applicable company training programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.
  • Ability to perform inspections and repairs without supervision in various heavy truck and automotive systems.
  • ASE Heavy Truck Certifications (T1-T8) are a plus but not required.
  • LNG and/or CNG experience is a plus but not required.
  • Class B or higher Commercial Drivers License is a plus but not required.
