Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate clients for physical therapy needs and develop and implement appropriate plans of action in collaboration with physicians.
- Document all changes in clients' conditions and update care plans and outcomes accordingly.
- Monitor quality and appropriateness of services provided.
- Adhere to agency infection control and safety policies.
- Adhere to the organization's policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance.
- Physical Therapy Licensure in NJ required.
- ~2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred.
- ~Strong computer skills.
