  • Account for all time on a time card and for all material used in performing assigned duties, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Be willing to commute to on-site locations to fulfill customer-owned equipment servicing needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience performing service repairs and engine repair, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment, following technical manual procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of heavy equipment, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes, demonstrating competence and confidence.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills, effectively interacting with colleagues, customers, and management.
  • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly, maintaining physical stamina and endurance.
  • Basic Service Technician certification preferred, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required, with an Associate's degree preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical skills and knowledge.
