Responsibilities

The Physical Therapy Technician plays a vital role in the success of our team. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional patient support to ensure they receive the necessary care to reach their recovery objectives.
  • Assisting therapists with non-clinical tasks and supporting patients in their therapy sessions.
  • Educating patients on equipment usage and safety.
  • Assisting with light exercises and strengthening techniques.
  • Applying therapeutic modalities, such as heat/ice packs and electrical stimulation.
  • Ensuring effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff members.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
