ResponsibilitiesThe Physical Therapy Technician plays a vital role in the success of our team. Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional patient support to ensure they receive the necessary care to reach their recovery objectives.
- Assisting therapists with non-clinical tasks and supporting patients in their therapy sessions.
- Educating patients on equipment usage and safety.
- Assisting with light exercises and strengthening techniques.
- Applying therapeutic modalities, such as heat/ice packs and electrical stimulation.
- Ensuring effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff members.
- Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
