Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Advisor to join our team at FERRAGAMO USA, Inc. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our luxury clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in luxury retail sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of luxury retail
