About the Role

We are seeking bright, ambitious, and motivated professionals to join our team as Baggage Handlers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting incoming airline passengers with their baggage, particularly large and oversized items. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting passengers with their baggage
  • Communicating with passengers and team members
  • Ensuring all luggage is handled respectfully and with care
  • Safely transporting oversized passenger luggage from the ticket counter to TSA for screening and processing
  • Assisting airline ticket counter staff with loading passenger luggage onto the conveyor belt and spacing out luggage to prevent jams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly disposition to communicate with passengers clearly
  • The ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs
  • The ability to swiftly walk long distances for an extended period of time
  • The ability to pass required airport background checks
