About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Advanced Systems Design team at General Dynamics Land Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced ground combat systems, including vehicles and subsystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems, including subsystems and components, using CAD software and other tools.
  • Apply mechanical engineering principles to ensure the design and development of systems meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
