As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

* Perform general and janitorial duties in common areas and building exteriors
* Maintain a neat and orderly shop, ensuring cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked
* Conduct daily property inspections on the exterior and common areas
* Report any safety or hazard anomalies to the Resident Manager and/or Property Supervisor
* Attend resident meetings and corporate meetings and events
* Assist Resident Manager in daily walks of the property grounds, write down necessary corrections and/or repairs

Requirements:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
* Ability to operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance
* Ability to perform minor building and common area maintenance
* Ability to work independently and analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
* Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
* Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with staff, vendors and residents in the performance of required duties
