About the Role

Our maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including curb appeal, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, service requests, and building strong relationships with residents, contractors, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and lawn care
  • Respond to emergency repairs and work irregular hours as needed
  • Complete apartment turnovers within a 24-hour time frame
  • Maintain common areas, including painting, snow removal, and landscaping
  • Assist with renovation clean up and other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance with commercial or multi-family buildings (preferred)
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • Ability to stand, lift, climb, bend, push, pull, and kneel
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
