Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and efficient cleaning services to clients' homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops, safely and effectively.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Merry Maids' high standards.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 20 pounds).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
