About the Role:

We're seeking self-motivated, confident communicators with sales or negotiation experience to join our team. As a Bilingual Account Coordinator, you'll be responsible for serving as the voice of Mission Lane, via live customer phone calls in a virtual call center environment. You'll drive forward our mission by helping customers improve their financial health through negotiation and settlement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Negotiate payment or settlement plans with customers to help them improve their financial health.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) experience in sales, negotiation, or customer service.
  • 100% fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Competitive hourly pay: $18.97.
