We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing tax return preparation, tax planning, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of accounting professionals
- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, tax returns, and other tax filings
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Prepare complex individual and corporate tax returns
- Research and solve complicated tax issues
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local financial requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
- 4+ years of tax and accounting experience in a CPA firm
- Prior experience at the senior or manager-level
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams and multiple projects
