Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and work at heights; must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require manual labor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work effectively with residents, property managers, and other team members
  • Basic hand tools and equipment; ability to operate a variety of maintenance equipment, including lifts and aerial lifts
