Position Overview: The Supply Chain Planning Manager will lead the Supply Planning function for our Feminine Care division, providing strategic direction and support to the team. This role serves as a vital link between Demand Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse & Distribution, Operations, Procurement, Program Management, Finance, and Commercial Marketing. The Supply Chain Planning Manager is instrumental in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring that supply strategies align with business goals and contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets while managing inventory levels effectively.
  • Develop and manage master production schedules based on sales forecasts.
  • Continuously monitor and refine production plans to optimize resource use and meet demand forecasts.
  • Oversee the distribution and reallocation of finished goods across the supply network.
  • Lead supply planning efforts for new product launches and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage inventory levels and lead discussions on slow-moving and obsolete stock.
  • Facilitate the Supply Review process as part of the IBP framework.
  • Provide insights during Management Business Reviews to ensure alignment with IBP objectives.
  • Maintain system processes and planning parameters to support key business metrics.
  • Guide the Annual Business Planning process in collaboration with various departments.
  • Lead and develop team members, including performance management and career development.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Supply Planning within a consumer goods manufacturing setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and JDA/Manugistics.
  • Ability to manage complex planning timelines effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
  • High adaptability and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial cost analysis.
  • Advanced degree or MBA.
  • Certifications such as IBP, APICS, or SCOR.
