- High school diploma or equivalent required; accredited CMA, RMA, or EMT program preferred.
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related healthcare role is highly valued.
- Ability to maintain certification and licensure as required by state and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) systems.
