Work Schedule:

Experience Requirements:
- 4 years of computer skills (mandatory)
- 2 years of experience in industrial water treatment (mandatory)
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel 25% of the time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting service visits to assess the stability of water systems and the operation of treatment equipment.
- Executing monthly service plans as per client agreements.
- Performing analytical assessments to evaluate chemical dosing and water system stability.
- Completing service documentation and maintaining accurate records in the database.
- Managing chemical inventory and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
- Demonstrating proficiency in testing and calibration procedures, with training provided.
- Identifying on-site support needs, including equipment and training for customer teams.
- Troubleshooting technical issues for customers at their locations, including repairs and calibrations.
- Collaborating with the Account Management team to enhance applications and resolve service issues efficiently.
- Staying current with technical and operational skills relevant to the role, including safety protocols.
- Exhibiting a strong safety mindset in all actions.
- Maintaining safe driving practices.
- Adhering to a scheduled service route.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in water treatment, plant operations, maintenance, plumbing, or electronics, or equivalent training.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic computer proficiency.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in diverse environments, both indoors and outdoors.
- General knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and safety practices.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to company procedures promptly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, including Netsuite.
- Ability to contribute to team projects and provide strong technical support.
- Understanding of water treatment processes, controls, programming, and chemical applications.
- Capability to make informed business decisions based on risk analysis and company objectives.
