Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client developmental status and participate in multidisciplinary team assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each family.
- Provide direct child development services and activities, promoting cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development.
- Collaborate with families to identify goals, objectives, and strategies related to the child's development, ensuring that services are family-centered and culturally sensitive.
- Document progress, complete reports, and maintain accurate records, adhering to confidentiality and professional standards.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work or Certified/Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) required.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families preferred.
- Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners.
