Location: This position is based at our Oxford clinic.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. Compensation will be determined based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Therapist, your essential functions will include:

  • Thoroughly documenting all aspects of patient care, including clinical services, billing, and communication with the healthcare team and the public.
  • Exhibiting comprehensive clinical expertise and maintaining acceptable performance in all facets of patient interactions.
  • Adhering to all regulatory standards, including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare regulations, and billing and coding guidelines.
  • Effectively communicating with patients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Required Experience and Skills:
    • A Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE accredited institution; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy is mandatory.
    • An unrestricted Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of employment is required.
