Kjs Market is seeking a skilled Cake Decorator PT to join our team. As a Cake Decorator PT, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and pastries that exceed our customers\u2019 expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers with a smile.
  2. Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods for sale.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cooler, freezer, and sales area.
  4. Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Rotate products, including icings, to ensure freshness and quality.
  6. Use cake production sheets and color charts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  7. Achieve budgeted sales, shrink, and profits for the cake section of the bakery.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  1. Friendly and outgoing personality.
  2. Ability to work well with others.
  3. Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
  4. Effective communication and customer service skills.
  5. Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
