Shipping Coordinator

Shipping Coordinator - Immediate Start - Competitive Pay at $25/hr.
This is a contract role lasting 6 months.
The Shipping Coordinator is tasked with ensuring the precise and prompt execution of shipping operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generate and examine the daily shipping schedule to ensure all materials are prepared.
2. Assemble shipping boxes and utilize pick lists to collect necessary items from inventory.
3. Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring that packaging is professional and secure to guarantee safe delivery to clients; complete a checklist to confirm all items are included in the shipment.
4. Allocate packages to the appropriate shipping methods, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and ground or freight carriers.
5. Implement the designated shipping or logistics strategies, selecting the most economical options when not specified.
Compensation
$20 or potentially more based on experience.
Work Schedule
7:30 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility available.
