Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Echo Technologist to work on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac ultrasound, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assess cardiac function and structure
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding cardiac health and disease
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Certificate or diploma from an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • State licensure (if required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in cardiac ultrasound
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
