Job Overview:

  • Support the Project Accountant Supervisor in overseeing the team
  • Examine contract stipulations and project initiation documentation
  • Guarantee precision and adherence to accounting regulations
  • Establish project financial structures and budgets
  • Evaluate monthly financial reports and revenue acknowledgment
  • Inspect and manage invoice processing
  • Generate intricate invoices and billing statements
  • Address billing discrepancies and provide solutions as necessary
  • Mentor fellow Project Accountants
  • Lead and coordinate team activities

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computerized accounting platforms
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and data entry
  • High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in project billing
  • Familiarity with Project/Cost Accounting principles
  • Preferred background in consulting engineering or architectural environments

Work Environment:

Position is based in a standard office setting, primarily sedentary with occasional mobility. No hazardous conditions are present.
