Our home care RNs work three 10-hour days (8:30am to 6:30pm) and one 8-hour day (8:30am to 4:30pm) on the fourth day.

Responsibilities

Our Home Care RNs:

  • Case manage, assess, plan, develop and implement a comprehensive home health care plan for their patients.
  • Measure vital signs, administer IVs, change dressings, clean wounds as needed.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, preventative rehabilitative procedures, and prescribed treatments with a variety of patient populations within various potentially complex home situations.
  • Work closely with a supportive patient care team including physicians, therapy and social services, pastoral care, home health aides and others for your assigned caseload.
  • Provide patient and family education for disease management and health promotion as directed by physician's plan of treatment.
Requirements

New York State RN license

Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Registered Nurse.

Basic Life Support Certification

Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation

Compensation

USD $95,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.

The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
