As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be integral to the efficient functioning of our maintenance team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing, directing, and coordinating the daily tasks and specific assignments of our skilled Maintenance Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, operate, and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and associated mechanical systems throughout the property. Utilize knowledge of building mechanical systems, including water distribution, fire safety, air conditioning, and swimming pool maintenance. Basic computer skills for scheduling, daily assignments, and other computerized systems are necessary. Execute various maintenance tasks and conduct quality inspections. Maintain logs and records for preventative maintenance. Lead emergency repairs for plumbing, kitchen, and other building systems as needed. Monitor team performance, quality of work, and response times to guest requests. Due to the nature of the role, additional duties and special projects may be assigned. Qualifications

What We Seek:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following minimum qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in building and/or property maintenance. Flexibility to work various days and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

It would be beneficial if you could demonstrate the following qualifications:

Technical diploma. 5-7 years of experience in building and/or property maintenance. 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
