As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our maintenance team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing, directing, and coordinating the daily tasks and specific assignments carried out by our skilled Maintenance Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, operate, and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and associated mechanical systems throughout the property. Apply knowledge of building mechanical systems, including but not limited to, water distribution, fire safety, air conditioning, and swimming pool maintenance. Basic computer skills for scheduling, daily assignments, and other computerized maintenance systems are necessary. Perform various maintenance tasks and conduct quality inspections. Maintain logs and records of preventative maintenance activities. Lead and execute emergency repairs for plumbing, kitchen, and other building systems as required. Monitor team member performance, quality of work, and response times to guest requests. Due to the nature of the role, you may be assigned additional duties and special projects as needed. Qualifications

What We Are Seeking:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in building and/or property maintenance. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

It would be advantageous for you to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Technical diploma. 5-7 years of experience in building and/or property maintenance. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
