Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a member of our Family Medicine team, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients in a part-time capacity, working three days a week
- Collaborate with our team of clinicians to ensure seamless patient care
- Support Primary Care clinicians with their in-basket messages and provide virtual visit care when needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs
