Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician to provide medical expertise and oversight of care throughout our healthcare system. As a key member of our team, you will exercise the highest level of expertise to optimize quality of care and ensure seamless patient transitions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs patient care via Consult Orders, collaborating with attending physicians and primary care providers.
  • Communicates effectively with treatment teams to obtain optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintains high standards of professionalism, adhering to best practices and Performance Improvement initiatives.
  • Works closely with Risk Managers, Case Managers, and Memorial Hermann Physicians to resolve clinical, administrative, or technical problems.

Requirements:

  • Board certified or Board eligible in their respective specialty.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine.
  • Current state medical license and Federal Drug Enforcement Agency license.
  • Staff privileges at all hospitals within the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System.

Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum
