Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with students in an elementary school setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in education or equivalent experience, Illinois SLP License, and American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
  • Establish a positive learning environment and provide response to intervention for the needs of each student
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Illinois SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • School experience is preferred but not required
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $49.00 - $52.50
  • Elementary school assignment
  • Contract dates 11/11/24 - 2/7/25
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Part-time candidates and SLP-CF candidates will be considered
  • $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
