Registered Nurse

The Oroville Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients in the emergency room during your shift.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' responses to care and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of California
- One year critical care experience preferred
- ACLS and PALS (Healthcare provider or Professional Certification required) TNCC required within 18 months of hire
Work area is well lighted and ventilated. Regularly exposed to the risks of blood borne and airborne diseases. Contact with patients in a wide variety of circumstances. Exposed to noise, chemicals, communicable diseases, and hazardous materials. Wears personal protective equipment as required.
