Job Title: Family Physician

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our team of compassionate and mission-driven providers. As a Family Physician, you will provide high-quality primary medical care services to patients in accordance with our organization's principles of practice and mission statement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary medical care services to patients in a team-based approach
  • Prescribe and/or dispense required medication to patients
  • Participate in organizing and directing preventive health programs
  • Work collaboratively with staff to provide coordinated care

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA approved residency
  • Board certification in the appropriate specialty or actively seeking certification
  • Current DEA certificate
  • Uphold all current vaccine requirements for employment
