Family Medicine Specialist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality primary medical care services to patients in accordance with our organization's mission and principles.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary medical care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Prescribe and/or dispense medication as needed, adhering to our organization's guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in organizing and directing preventive health programs, including immunization, disease detection, and disease prevention activities.
- Contribute to clinical affairs, working with administrative personnel to improve the patient care experience.
- Current licensure as a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency.
- Board certification in the appropriate specialty or actively seeking board certification.
- A current DEA certificate.
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
