As an Apprentice Optician at LensCrafters, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert optical services. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and delighted.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their vision, lifestyle, and budgetary needs.
  • Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service by performing key steps of our sales model.
  • Anticipate problems before they occur and develop long-term solutions to customer issues.
  • Operate the Point of Sale terminal with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Part of a sanctioned Apprentice Program.
  • Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
